3 tbsp fine oatmeal 2 tbsp chopped parsley juice of 1/2 large grapefruit
Place the oatmeal and parsley in a bowl. Mix in enough grapefruit juice to make a spreadable paste. Let soften for five minutes. Spread the mixture evenly over your face. Lie down and relax for 15 minutes. Rinse off the mixture with tepid water. Pat dry, tone, and moisturize.
